(PLEASE NOTE; All prices quoted direct with us, will ALWAYS be better than quoted through any other website we are advertised on.
95% of these websites are AGENTS and charge 10% to 20% commission, thus our prices through them are always raised to reflect this.)
1. Debit or Credit Card is required to confirm/guarantee all reservations.
2. Check-in from 10am to 9pm (all rooms are guaranteed to be ready by 2pm).
Check-ins that fall out of these times can be very disruptive for other who wish to rest. Therefore earlier or later check-ins must be organized prior to arrival.
3. Check-out 10.10am on the day of departure.
Later check outs can be arranged.

CANCELATION POLICY;
10% cancellation fee (effectively a deposit) will be taken if a cancelation is made in full or in part.
Plus there is a 48hour cancellation policy or number of days the booking is for, whichever is the greater. (i.e. for a 5 day booking we require 5 days notice).
If we do not receive the required cancelation notice and do not manage to book out the room again we will charge for every day that wasn't re-booked (e.g. if your booking is for 6 nights and you cancel 24 hours before arrival, effectively giving 1 days notice to fill 6 days, we would charge for every night that wasn't re-booked- possibly the whole 6 days)
We recommend that all guests take out travel insurance to cover themselves. All cancellation must be made by emailing (please format the mail to receive a 'read receipt' as proof of email arrival) or phoning the guest house (preferred option).
