Fabulous
We stayed here for 1 night for an event at the Kelvingrove museum. We got such a warm welcome and pots of coffee and biscuits in the lounge while our rooms were being made up as we were very early. The rooms are all beautiful, spotless clean and the beds are so comfortable. The breakfast was superb. The staff are wonderful, so welcoming and helpful. Huge thank you to Lee and Niamh for making our stay very special. We will be back!

Check-in to the rooms is guaranteed from 2pm, although should you arrive earlier than 2pm, you are welcome to drop off your luggage from 10am so that you can explore the area before your room is ready. If your room is ready prior to 2pm you are more than welcome to check in before then.

Check-out time is 11am, this can be extended subject to charge to allow you to stay until 1pm, please ask a member of staff for late check out rates and availability

The last booking can be made at 6:30pm and last check in is 7pm. We request you notify us by email if you will be checking in after 7pm so we can ensure our staff are available to welcome you to the Guest House.

If you wish to cancel your booking you will not be liable to receive any refund.

28 DAY FLEXIBLE RATE

The ‘28 Day Flexible Rate’ booking allows a change or cancellation with a full refund from any time up to 23:59 GMT, 29 days prior to your arrival date.

If you book our ‘Flexible Rate’ stay within 28 days prior to your arrival you will be charged the full value of your booking upfront.
Payment will be taken at the point of booking, so you will be charged for the entire duration of your stay to secure the room.
